The Centre for Corporate Governance has considerable experience at Board Level consulting and advising.

We conduct many
workshops and seminars on directors duties, corporate governance and the role of
the Board.
We advise on the appropriate
roles of the chairman, the non-executive directors and the CEO. We assist
companies in defining and selecting directors and determining the appropriate
directors fees.
We
advise on appropriate guidelines for consideration by people who have been
invited to be a company director, to assist them in deciding whether or not to
accept the invitation to join the board. We assist directors to note warning
signs they should watch for.
We
advise directors and corporations on the questions they should ask their
insurance brokers regarding the types and appropriateness of various
directors’ insurance.
